COLIN LARKIN
Northampton Town signed former Wolves, Mansfield Town and Chesterfield striker Colin Larkin in the summer of 2007. Larkin joined Chesterfield in the summer of 2005 after being released by Mansfield Town. In 2 years at Saltergate he started 66 games, with a further 24 substitute appearances, scoring 13 times. He joined Mansfield for a £125,000 fee from Wolverhampton Wanderers back in 2002 and scored 26 goals in 70 starts for the Field Mill club, with another 36 substitute appearances. The Irishman, who can also play out wide, signed a 2 year contract at Sixfields.
