GRAY LOOKING FORWARD TO BUSY WEEK
Stuart Gray is looking forward to Wednesday's pre-season game at Kettering Town as a chance to put his players back out on a grass surface, after two games played on astro-turf in Ibiza.
"It was a decent pitch in Ibiza but now we want to be back on a familiar surface," he said.
"We are now ready to move onto the next stage of our build up.
"A lot of the ground work has been done. The fitness is good and the conditioning work has been done, so now we are moving on to look at shape, formations and the technical side of the game.
"We played 4-4-2 in Ibiza, but since I have been at the club they are the only 2 matches where we have used that system, so we obviously need to do more on that.
"Shape, possession and ball work will become more important in the next few weeks and we are looking forward to a good week with the game at Kettering and then the visit from Coventry to Sixfields on Saturday.
