SALES ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED
Northampton Town Football Club is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for any professional looking to enhance their career prospects. We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to report to the Commercial Manager within the Commercial & Conference Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all of the administration duties within the department including taking conference enquiries, maintaining existing bookings and dealing with sales & advertising leads. The position involves communicating with each department of the business to ensure deadlines are met and also means that you will work very closely with customers and supporters of the club on a regular basis.
The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes:
o excellent communication & organisational skills
o a professional outlook towards their work
o work effectively even when under pressure
o a professional and confident telephone manner
o computer literate as there are various databases to update
This position is ideal for somebody with a dynamic and enthusiastic outlook whose ambition drives him or her towards moving their career forward along with the progress of the club.
Being a football club within the public entertainment industry means that working hours may vary and often fall outside of usual office hours. The successful applicant for this position will be required to work on matchdays. We are seeking a candidate to fill this position on a full time basis. Salary will be discussed at the time of interview and is dependant on experience.
